Your first disc contains no copyright info.

2nd disc would be better also no centre hole.

I like the 2nd one better, but just out of curiosity, if it were to be printed, wouldn't the actual label paper already have a hole in it? so making a hole in the center would be pointless (to me)
also, the credits on the first disc were taken directly from the official website, is that not the correct format?

But is not a credit ring on a disc, it is a copyright ring. You may consider full disc images pointless but they will be rjected every time.

The hole used on the template is only for use so you don't put a face or part of the title where the hole would be when it gets printed. If you downloaded the Disc Template from this site the hole is low in opacity and only for your information.
Some previews for discs put the hole in automatically. Don't use them.
You want to upload only 1500x1500 pixel labels without the hole.
