Daddy’s Home (2015)

Paramount Pictures and Red Granite Pictures have released the new Daddy’s Home trailer. Opening in theaters on Friday, December 25th, the comedy stars Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg.

Daddy’s Home follows a mild-mannered radio executive (Ferrell) who strives to become the best stepdad to his wife’s two children, but complications ensue when their freewheeling and freeloading real father (Wahlberg) arrives, forcing him to compete for the affection of the kids. Directed by Sean Anders, the film also stars Linda Cardellini, Thomas Haden Church and Hannibal Buress.

I don't know if it's just me or my age or because I'm English but I quite often find American comedies to be just mind-numbingly stupid.

That said there are a few comedies I've liked.

I guess I'm just becoming a humourless old fart!

You'd better check with the English girls before you agree!!!!

Not a fan of Ferrell but this does look pretty good.
