TV series from the 80s and 90s, why aren't they getting upgrades?

I've been collecting movies and series for over 25 years, and right now it's becoming quite difficult to access a lot of content, unless it's bootleg, which is a shame.

Thanks everyone. I've been looking for a site like this for a long time. I always used one called Covercaratulas (it's in Spanish), but there are almost no custom versions and the quality is average. I still can't download it, but I guess it's just a matter of time. Long live the physical format!
