Upgrade please help

Hi I’m a new member and can’t download any cover scans think it says need to be upgraded by admin can someone please help thanks hope I’m in the right forum if not I apologise this is by a mile the best site I’ve ever seen for movies scans customs movie info please keep up the good work all lee50
