You and me both. I've had a go at it more than once and I spend a couple hours fiddling with it and end up getting mad cause it won't do what I want and then give up.

This image has a lot of jpeg artifacts in it, so there are limits to how good it will look.

Here's the raw render, so you can have a go at cleaning it how you like:
