do you have a bigger image? Its just i cannot see the effect very well on that picture.

It may be an effect created with brushes or some sort of texture

Thanks Doc, I can see it alot better now, it looks like you could recreate a similar effect using brushes but i think it may be quite difficult, obviously depending on experience.
