Hair problem

There was once a man with 3 hairs on his head who goes to the barber to get his hair done. He sits down on the chair and as the hairstylist begins to comb it, he pulls out a hair. The hairdresser is quite nervous and says to the man: "Sorry, but I just pulled a hair. Do I continue with the remaining 2 hairs?" The man is angry but tells him to continue. The hairdresser goes on and unfortunately pulls out another hair. He said, "Sorry, but I just pulled out another hair. Do you want me to go on with the only hair left?"
